Apologies for the disruption forced on us by the COVID-19 situation to cancel the BIG event but with popular demand, we have decided THERE WILL BE a replacement event in lieu of the 2020 Guardians Alive event.
This Sept 5th is going to be a little different. There will be no fixed start time, no emergency response teams (so be very careful), and no pace groups. Some very dedicated Guardians will come out to help encourage you along the way, if you’re leaving out at 6am. Runners or walkers will be timing themselves and are encouraged to purchase and proudly wear our J10:10 Active Gear charity shirts. We will have light refreshments, juice, & hot beverages between 6am to 9:30am on September 5th for our charity shirt supporters. Any remaining charity active gear will be available at the Public Beach parking lot as well. Stay tuned for details on how to win prizes and discounts.
**We will still be taking safety precautions and exercising proper food serving etiquette so please remember this is not our BIG event with lots of volunteers. If you’d feel safer wearing a mask, we’d encourage you to do so. Stay safe!**
